  1. Your request

    Send the brands, formats and quantities you need, plus the destination country. The more of that we have up front, the shorter the next step is.

  2. We talk it through

    Before anything is priced we go through the request with you: what is available right now, in which formats, and how the load should be composed. Availability moves with the market, so most of the detail is settled in that conversation rather than in writing.

  3. Quote

    You receive a price for the products and, if you want us to arrange it, for transport through our logistics partner. Both can go on one quote and later on one invoice.

  4. Pro forma and dispatch

    We work with payment in advance against a pro forma invoice. Once it is settled, the load is assembled at our warehouse in Essen and leaves as one full load. Delivery in our core markets usually takes 3–5 working days.
