Ordering & pricing
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one full load. Each pallet contains one product, but different product and brand pallets may be combined within that load.
How do I place an order or request a price list?
Use the contact form or email info@northlights.be with the brands, formats and quantities you need. We usually reply within one business day with availability and a tailored quote.
What are your payment terms?
We work exclusively with full prepayment. After approval, you receive a pro forma invoice; once payment is received, we schedule load assembly and transport.
Can products and transport go on one invoice?
Yes. We can arrange transport through our trusted logistics partner and include it with the products in one clear quote and invoice.
Products & brands
Which brands do you supply?
We supply beverage brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Red Bull, Fanta, Spa, Bullit Energy, Golden Power, Kızılay and Uludağ. We also supply food and dairy brands such as Nutella, Campina, Cécémel and Fristi. Availability is confirmed with the quote.
Can you source a specific brand, format or variant on request?
Yes. As an independent distributor we are not tied to a fixed catalogue. Tell us the brand, format and volume you need and we will check it against our stock and supply network.
Do you supply other FMCG products alongside beverages?
Yes. Alongside soft drinks, energy drinks, water and dairy beverages, we supply or source complementary FMCG and food products, depending on brand, volume and availability.
Delivery & export
Which regions do you deliver to?
We deliver exclusively within Europe and are active in 10+ countries. Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France are our core markets; we also work in Denmark, Poland and Czechia, among others.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery in our core markets typically takes 3–5 working days after confirmation of prepayment and order planning. The exact lead time is confirmed with the quote.
Can I collect my order myself?
No, collection is not possible. Every order leaves as a full load and transport runs through our trusted logistics partner, so the cost and the planning are fixed in your quote up front.
Do you handle import and export?
Yes. We build on more than 17 years of international trading experience and are active in 10+ European countries. North Lights delivers exclusively within Europe.

What types of businesses does North Lights supply?
We supply professional buyers that purchase by full load. Our customers are mainly other wholesalers and distributors, in Belgium and across the rest of Europe.
What information do you need for a quote?
Include the products and formats, preferred load composition, delivery address or destination country, and preferred delivery period. This lets us confirm stock, pricing, transport and planning.
